Pastor Jason Smith

LEAD PASTOR

As founder and lead pastor, Jason Smith has helped plant and grow Latitude Church from the beginning. In June of 2014, God instilled a vision in Jason, and called he and his family to plant Latitude Church in Eastern North Carolina. Jason holds a Masters Degree of Religious Studies from Liberty University. He is passionate about reaching the lost, and seeing lives changed for Christ alongside his wife, Pastor Christina Smith. They have 2 incredible children, Garrison Smith and Chandler Smith, who are both now married and are all members here at Latitude Church!

Pastor Christina Smith

LEAD PASTOR

Christina Smith has been a part of the planting and growth of Latitude Church alongside her husband, Pastor Jason Smith. She leads and pastors our SHE Women’s Ministry and also oversees our Central Ministries here at Latitude Church. She is passionate about mentoring and coming alongside of other leaders and helping them to walk forward in their God given callings. She considers it an honor to serve God’s people and desires to be used up for His glory. You will often find her loving on her family, sitting listening to others, and pressing into the heart of Jesus.

Pastor Ted Leith

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Ted is responsible for the team and cultural development at Latitude Church and helps shape the overall direction and leadership of the church. He oversees Human Resources, Training & Development, Weekend Experience, Missions, and weekly ministry opportunities. Ted and his wife, Remington, are graduates of Hillsong College (AU) and have been active in global missions for many years. Ted is a passionate and joyful servant of Jesus, and loves supporting the senior leadership and vision of Latitude Church.

Pastor Drew Fletcher

YOUTH PASTOR

Introducing Drew, our dedicated Youth Pastor! Drew is happily married to his amazing wife, Lindsay Fletcher, and together they are blessed with a sweet baby girl named SJ. With a strong calling, Drew has been in full-time ministry since 2021, pouring his heart and soul into guiding and empowering young students on their faith journey. His deep passion for helping young hearts come to know Jesus and grow in their faith is truly inspiring. Drew holds a degree in Pastoral Ministries from Hillsong College, equipping him with the knowledge and wisdom to lead and nurture our youth community. We are incredibly fortunate to have Drew's compassionate spirit and steadfast commitment as he encourages our young generation to flourish in their relationship with God.

Pastor Ramon Rosa

ESPAÑOL PASTOR

Ramon Rosa has served faithfully at Latitude Church in various capacities almost from its inception. He now serves as pastor of the newly formed Latitude Español. Ramon holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Religious Studies from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. He retired from the United States Air Force in 2014, where God used him to reach people within the branch with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has always shown a passion for the vision of Latitude Church—to Reach people far from God and all the lost for Jesus Christ—and has a deep love for people and a conviction to reach the Hispanic community for the cause of Christ. Ramon and his wife, Mairym are native from Puerto Rico and live in New Bern, NC with their two children, Mairymar and Ramon Luis Rosa Roman.
