LINDSAY FLETCHER - DIRECTOR

Lindsay Fletcher is a passionate childcare professional and the Director of Latitude Kids Care, a Christian-based daycare. With a degree in early childhood development, Lindsay's commitment to nurturing young minds is fueled by her love for Jesus. Lindsay is married to Drew Fletcher who serves as the Youth Pastor at Latitude Church, together they raise their beautiful daughter SJ. Lindsay's leadership at Latitude Kids Care reflects her dedication to providing exceptional care, education, and a nurturing environment where children experience the love of Jesus. Her unwavering faith and commitment to family makes her a valuable part of the Latitude Church community.

SHARON ROACH - ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Sharon Roach is the Assistant Director at Latitude Kids Care, who is driven by her passion for guiding children to walk with Jesus. With 3 years of experience in childcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing approach to her role. Beyond her professional life, Sharon cherishes her family, being a loving wife to her husband, Bobby, and an incredible mother to her beloved daughter, Destiny. They also share their home with three dogs that she adores. On Sundays, you can find her serving at Latitude Church!
