LINDSAY FLETCHER - DIRECTOR

Lindsay Fletcher is a passionate childcare professional and the Director of Latitude Kids Care, a Christian-based daycare. With a degree in early childhood development, Lindsay's commitment to nurturing young minds is fueled by her love for Jesus. Lindsay is married to Drew Fletcher who serves as the Youth Pastor at Latitude Church, together they raise their beautiful daughter SJ. Lindsay's leadership at Latitude Kids Care reflects her dedication to providing exceptional care, education, and a nurturing environment where children experience the love of Jesus. Her unwavering faith and commitment to family makes her a valuable part of the Latitude Church community.

ILEANA CRUZ - CLASSROOM COORDINATOR

Ileana Cruz is the Classroom Coordinator at Latitude Kids Care. Ileana has been a part of our daycare family since 2020. She is passionate about classroom organization, building trust with parents, and assisting in the development of your little ones. Besides her job here, she also works as an Administrative Assistant for Latitude Español and one of her amazing attributes is that she is bilingual. She has a husband and three kids who have supported her throughout her journey here at Latitude Church.
